When sleep will not settle

A busy mind at night is often booked alongside daytime tiredness. The consultation asks about the whole day, not only the hour you switch off the light.

The night is rarely only about the night

People book at Suraksha Homoeo Clinic because they are tired of being awake. The mind reviews the day after the light is off. They check the time, pick up the phone, and then feel heavy the next afternoon. Some fall asleep and wake in the early hours. Others never feel that the night started. Dr Prashanth Vasala treats this as part of a case, together with worry, work hours, caffeine and any body symptoms that travel with the strain.

This is a supportive homoeopathic consultation. It is not emergency mental health care, and it is not a service for adding or stopping sleeping tablets. Those medicines stay with the doctor who prescribed them.

What the visit actually asks

The useful history is a day, not a slogan about stress. What time do you reach home? When is the last tea or coffee? Is the phone in the bed? Is the room hot? Has something at work or at home changed in the last few months? Do you wake unrefreshed even after a long sleep? Are there palpitations, acidity, or aches that seem worse on the same weeks as the poor nights?

You can describe anxiety plainly. The pace is unhurried, and the conversation is private. There is no claim that worry will disappear, or that one visit will reset sleep. Follow-up is how a recurring pattern is reviewed.

If safety is the concern

If you have thoughts of harming yourself, or you cannot stay safe, contact local emergency services or a crisis helpline immediately. Do not wait for a clinic appointment. If distress is severe, counselling or psychiatry may be the better next step, and that care can continue alongside a later homoeopathic visit.

For a long run of restless nights that is affecting the day, you can book and say that sleep is the reason for the visit. Come as you are. You do not need to arrive exhausted on purpose, and you do not need to stop a prescribed medicine before you are seen.

Homoeopathic care should be discussed with a qualified healthcare professional. Seek urgent medical care for emergencies. Information on this website is for general understanding and does not replace a personal consultation.
